The St Marys Fair at Bickerman's Halls Draws Large Crowd
The St Marys Catholic church fair at Bickerman's Halls on Tuesday and Wednesday drew large afternoon and evening crowds. Prizes were awarded for selling most drawing tickets for the parsonage, with John Degen winning the house prize after a long draw, amid lively Henry Cornet band music and grateful thanks from organizers to participants and patrons.
