Two well matched five year old heavy draft horses weighing about 3450 pounds were purchased by John Tomasson for John Peterson the horsebuyer for shipment to Chicago. The half brothers trace to a Norman stallion owned by Wymer Schlosser of Hopewell township. Schlosser promotes strong draft strains for farmers. In a separate note, two duck hunters Horace Hutchins and William Monter lost a gun when a boating mishap capsized their boat.
