Fred C Cook a former Putnam resident died May 15 at Flower Hospital Toledo Ohio at age 76. He lived in Putnam and surrounding communities most of his life working as a mailman barber painter and paper hanger. Surviving are wife Mary Effin Cleveland five children Lettie Henry Louin and two others plus seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
