Dairy and breeding cattle tested by six state veterinarians from April 7 to 27 in Marshall County show 29 reactors among 5 960 cattle in 708 herds, or under half a percent infection. Putnam County testing found 42 reactors in 5 964 cattle across 507 herds, with two reactors in a retest of 27 herds.
