Camp Grove Sportsmen to Build Pheasant Nursery House
Weather permitting the foundation will be poured this week for a new pheasant nursery house on the Colligan farm one quarter mile north of Camp Grove. The Camp Grove Sportsmen’s club leases a two acre site for a 30 by 100 foot building contracted to Henry Woodworking and Building Supply. The nursery will support the club’s pheasant renting program with stock expected from the State Conservation department in June. Donations finance the project and are welcome.

Rev H B Causey Former Henry Pastor Dies in Peoria
The Rev H B Causey 75 longtime pastor of St Josephs Henry died at St Francis hospital Peoria in the early hours. He will lie in state at St Marys Cathedral and his funeral will be at 11 am Friday. Causey was born in Peoria and ordained there in 1923. He served Streator Danville Macomb and Ohio before Henry. He resigned in December 1955 due to ill health. Funeral arrangements are by Wilton mortuary.
