Henry firemen were called Wednesday morning to Clayton Wright's home near the depot after smoke issued from a chimney area. A former occupant had left wood in the clean-cut chimney door and the basement filled with smoke before the department arrived. No damage occurred and the fire truck returned to city hall.

Two Women Die in Whitefield Area in One Day
Beulah Schwarz and Gertrude Bogner, sisters by marriage, die within hours of each other after months of illness.
