Mrs. LaKemper of Toluca, mother of two infants, died Saturday evening after stepping into a water-filled basement opening during home remodeling near Magnolia Farm. Coroner ruled accidental drowning as husband worked on the farm and neighbors aided resuscitation efforts. Burial followed at St. I Cemetery in Toluca.
