Unfortunate Accident Injures Rev Corbin’s Daughter
Helen Corbin daughter of Rev Paul L Corbin suffered a dislocated elbow and a fractured bone above from a hammock fall at home. She was swung by her brother Alan and Jack Andrews when she jumped from height. Dr Coggeshall treated her and an X ray showed the injuries. She was taken to the local hospital and the injuries were reduced. The accident occurred during a happy vacation period.

Former Steuben resident dies in Peoria at 73
August Ohlman a former resident and farmer of Steuben township died at St Francis hospital Peoria on July 20. Services were held Monday at Winzeler funeral home with interment in Chillicothe cemetery. Born April 17 1852 in Strasbourg Germany he came to the U S at 19 settling in Chicago then Spring Bay. He married Caroline Ege in 1879 and Henrietta Maier in 1892, father of eight with two deceased. He retired eight years ago to Peoria. He belonged to Modern Woodmen of America and the Universalist church. He was naturalized in 1878 and survived by his widow six sons and two daughters and 15 grandchildren.
