Western avenue highway improvements approved by county board
County supervisors approved resolutions for Western Avenue road work west of Henry extending 4 1/2 miles toward Saratoga township. Funding from federal state and county sources includes 24 000 in county funds and 11 000 in federal aid, with additional sums for right of way engineering and bridge construction. The plan covers Route 372 links and a Washburn area project plus maintenance funding.
