A blaze at the Conroy cleaning and pressing plant owned by Mrs Lottie Helper enveloped the building as fumes ignited in a drying room. Mr. Conroy, Mrs. Conroy, and James Hurd narrowly escaped. two men suffered minor injuries from the press area. Temporary quarters opened nearby as insurance covers about 1000 dollars. earlier owners purchased the business from B R Daniels. John Kraus was run over by a Studebaker during the escape, left thigh injured.

Five-Year-Old Wanders Away Then Found Near Varna
