A Henry Marshall County planning hearing reviewed interim zoning suggestions from residents and planners. Advocates urged lower lot sizes and housing costs, while critics warned against limits on individual freedoms and questioned extending city zoning beyond town limits.
Alderman Gale Warner announces the Henry municipal pool will open Memorial Day Monday May 30. It will close after one day until Saturday June 4 due to school in session and price concerns. Phil Brown will manage with his assistants.

Allard aims to offer lots soon and begin home construction this year.
