Rotary Time Capsule Reopens View of Hendersonville Corridor History
The Hendersonville Rotary Club revisited a 1998 time capsule with a panel of leaders to examine the entry corridor ordinance. Discussions highlighted tensions between property rights and zoning, the impact of signage and landscaping, and changes over 20 years including revised billboard rules, flood control upgrades, and redevelopment of Sky City, Roses, and Spartanburg Highway areas.
