Kelsey's reopens under Mills River duo as new owners
Kelsey's will reopen later this year in Spartanburg under Nick Syrigos and Nick Sellas, owners of Mills River Family Restaurant in North Carolina. They plan a wide menu with Greek Italian and American dishes, three meals daily, and 30 to 40 fulltime staff. The existing Kelsey's sign may stay while Mills River branding is added. Syrigos, the Mills River chef, brings 45 years of experience to the new venture.
