Hendersonville’s dining scene shifts as Kelsey’s exits at end of August after a large menu and failed pivot. El Paso Mexican plans a larger Spartanburg Highway space at 807, renovated by Maricela Montano who bought the Quincy's site for 850000. Montano aims for a possible late October opening.
