Lake Summit Boathouse to be Auctioned Over Estate Fraud Debt
The Lake Summit boat dock owned by convicted attorney Sam Neill faces foreclosure and sale on the courthouse steps after defaulting on a loan tied to the Ruth D. Danis estate. Feagan, the administrator, says Neill owed $379,637 plus interest and fees, with the dock assessed at $86,300 and the boathouse at $37,700.
