Through 2015 2016 the project advances with site plan rezoning approvals and a 49 000 square foot supermarket planned for 2016 groundbreaking. June 2015 land purchase 6.9 acres on Greenville Highway for 5 795 000. Company aims for a late 2017 opening with public statements by Maria Brous. CLOMAR process pursued after FEMA no rise certificate issues with Kimley Horn. FEMA requests address five items in CLOMAR.
