Hendersonville Presbyterian Church must pay 600000 to the continuing congregation with 100000 due by July 1 and the rest in 10 yearly installments. The church keeps the 699 N Grove St property and plans a fundraising push featuring artist Sam Elliott who offers three signed framed reproductions auctioned from 750 starting bids. Elliott and his wife organize donor events as bids progress at a June 11 Ice Cream Social.
