Local officials outline traffic flow, security roles, and construction projects tied to the World Equestrian Games at TIEC. First Sgt. Michael Baker says traffic outside the center hinges on crowd movement. Henderson County EMS chief Jimmy Brissie notes interagency coordination. WNC DOT explains nearby road projects including I-26 US-74 NC-108 interchange upgrades and Pea Ridge Road John Shehan realignment with a roundabout.
