Melody Shepherd is barred from selling the cemetery while appraiser John Palmer values the grounds and business. McKellar remains guardian ad litem, McDowell continues as receiver with $25,000 partial payment and reimbursement for purchases, and tax, insurance, and payroll measures are ordered.
