Golden Age of Henderson County railroad diorama opens May 18
Apple Valley Model Railroad Club leaders describe a detailed four sided diorama portraying 15 miles of track from Melrose to Hendersonville with Saluda Zirconia East Flat Rock and Hendersonville stops. The exhibit at Henderson County Heritage Museum highlights historic buildings and street scenes while the club provides labor for free and funds materials through donations.
