Flat Rock seeks zoning permit to convert the 130 year old Andrews House from a historic home once linked to a livery stable and later a shelter to an insurance office. Argyll and Haynes Dorn, longtime New York Life agent, expect council approval on March 30 and closing on April 2 if passed.
