Ward ban from Henderson County schools sparks controversy
Henderson County Schools Superintendent Bo Caldwell confirmed a no trespass directive banning 60 year old photographer Ward from all district properties after a 2015 NHHS graduate complained. Ward said administrators never sent a letter and that the issue was handled administratively, not by the School Board, amid questions about enforcement and student safety.
