City set to bulldoze condemned properties near Seventh Avenue
Hendersonville City Council may approve demolition of two boarded up vacant houses deemed unsafe after repeated code enforcement notices. The 710 E Pace St home owned by Samuel and Mary Angram of Port St Lucie Florida and the 1206 Martin Circle residence owned by Xavier Lamar Mackey of Flat Rock would incur liens for the demolitions. The Martin Circle property displayed a warning sign but showed minimal remaining structure.
