Planning Board backs Wingate project zoning changes
Hendersonville Planning Board unanimously endorses two MIC zone amendments to permit larger facilities and add post secondary schools. The changes clear the way for a 78,000 square foot health sciences building on Sixth Avenue at Oak Street, a joint Wingate University BRCC Pardee Hospital project. The five party plan funds the project with up to 25 million borrowed by the city.
