Mills River clerk earns state certification
Patty Brown deputy town clerk of Mills River has earned North Carolina State Certified Municipal Clerk designation. The certification comes from the North Carolina Association of Municipal Clerks in partnership with the University of North Carolina School of Government after meeting education, experience and service requirements. The NCAMC, established in 1975, supports ongoing education and professional development for clerks statewide.
