Henderson County to Hold Public Hearing on LDC Text Amendment
Henderson County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on TX-2023-02 to amend the Land Development Code addressing primitive camping. The hearing is Wednesday June 21, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the Historic Courthouse Hendersonville with written comments accepted beforehand and details from the Planning Department.
