County approves phase three for Pardee cancer center project
James R. Vanney & Sons Construction manages the project with Henderson County agreeing to a guaranteed maximum price of 22.7 million. The phase covers site development glass work drywall HVAC and electrical work. Total project cost ends at 32.19 million, slightly under the board’s appropriated amount, with local hiring expected for the 400 plus workers and 30 subcontractors. John Mitchell notes the project is on time and on target.
