Why so many sheriff cars at courthouse this morning
A reader asks why nine sheriff's vehicles were parked in the courthouse lot. Maj. Frank Stout says the cars belong to deputies working inside the building for courthouse security and inmate handling. They arrive before opening and stay until after five, parked that way for safety amid vandalism concerns.
