Hendersonville considers multi story hotels on Dogwood lot
City seeks proposals from Catalyst Group of Charlotte and Blue Star Hospitality of Fletcher to replace the Dogwood parking lot with a hotel and parking deck. Catalyst proposes a 120 room five story building with 4 500 square feet of conference space while Blue Star pledges an 88 room six story complex with 9 000 square feet of conference space and 9 000 square feet of retail space.
