Elections Board Boosts One Stop Voting Hours in Henderson County
Henderson County Board of Elections extended early voting after a federal ruling struck down changes to state law. The Aug. 16 decision raised one stop voting to about 2 weeks, closed the Edneyville site, and rejected Sunday hours despite NAACP concerns. The headquarters will host more machines as Saturday and Sunday access remains limited.
