Church ministry seeks zoning OK for 42 bed treatment center
First Contact Ministries of Mud Creek Baptist Church has applied for a special use permit from Henderson County Zoning Board of Adjustment to build a 19 746 square foot two story residential treatment facility on 2 76 acres on Elkwood Drive opposite the church. The project would sit between Rutledge Drive and Helms Barbershop and affect nearby Dunroy Estate Drive and Chanteloupe subdivisions.
