Plight of Justus family in spine surgery case ends with trial remarks
Henderson County woman Justus faced severe daily headaches that led to two spine surgeries by Dr. Rosner in 2000. Testimony, including Cork and Coric, argued the first operation was unwarranted and linked to her 12 year later death from diabetes related fatty liver disease. Mike Easley aided plaintiffs through evidence of pre surgery MRI and medical opinions.
