Bid delay pushes Ecusta Trail completion to 2024
The Ecusta Trail project faces a possible late 2024 finish as a second round of bids is required after the Aug 7 opening saw two bids declared unopened. County officials plan a new bid opening Aug 30 with a target substantial completion by Sept 30 and final completion by Oct 21 2024. The 6.1 mile section runs from South Main Street to U.S. 64 at Horse Shoe.
