Owner plans 18 cottages on Greenville Highway
The Rose Cottages owner, Joe Bartholomew, plans to add 18 rental units at 750 a month, expanding the 12 existing cottages on 5.76 acres along Greenville Highway. He aims for 27 total cottages with 71 percent open space, meeting stormwater standards, and expects to break ground late this year after planning board review.
