Chimney Rock Park road closed for repair

The Chimney Rock section of Chimney Rock State Park is closed Monday for an emergency slide repair by NCDOT to fix a one lane washout. Crews from Rutherford County expect at least 10 days to rebuild the road and restore two lanes.
