Malpractice trial looms in long patient suit against surgeon
Pamela Justus, who died in 2012, filed a 2003 malpractice suit with husband Billy Bruce Justus Jr against Dr. Michael Rosner and Park Ridge Hospital. The case, one of many, alleges negligence and fraud linked to two spinal surgeries performed in 2000 and 2001. The Henderson County Superior Court is hearing opening arguments after an 11 year delay.
