Hendersonville Chamber seeks city pledge to cut debt
Hendersonville chamber of commerce faces slow economy and reduced revenue as it campaigns to raise 200000 by October to retire debt from its headquarters. It has 125000 in pledges and asks the Hendersonville City Council for a three year 10000 per year pledge. The group moved to its Kanuga Road Church Street offices after a 2007 renovation. Timing is everything says chamber president Bob Williford.
