Brevard Developer Seeks 12 Townhomes on Greenville Highway
A Brevard developer filed for a development plan to build 12 townhouses in a line north of the Mary Mills Coxe house at 1210 Greenville Highway in Hendersonville. The project, designed by Stephen P Jackson Designs, would use Mills Avenue as access and preserve the 1911 carriage house as a clubhouse while removing a two story rear house. Plans show 33 parking spaces on 1.74 acres, with 936 square feet on the ground floor and 554 upstairs per unit. The site awaits Planning Board review with a May 11 hearing pending several historic considerations and zoning checks.
