Black Forest brings German fare to town
George Ettwein opens a second Black Forest in Hendersonville on Friday night. The 75-seat downtown spot offers German classics similar to Asheville’s menu with scaled down portions. Ettwein, partner Greg Ledford, and city officials welcome the new restaurant and staff expansion amid downtown redevelopment.
