Paris September 6 The reparations commission issued an official communication on German payments to the allies. On May 3 Germany paid 140 400 000 geld marks and supplied three month drafts for the remainder of the one billion marks. The commission has received 770100000 gold marks in redemption of these drafts and Germany has shipped geld to New York to cover the balance. Subject to final adjournment of accounts, payment due under article five of the schedule has been effected.
