Drowns in irrigation ditch near Scotts Bluff Nebraska
Three year old Donald Joachim drowned in an irrigation ditch near his farm east of Scotts Bluff. His body was found floating in a 24 inch tunnel and emerged at the other end an hour and ten minutes later. Attempts to revive him failed. He was the son of Mr and Mrs Harold Joelnem.
