Washington May 14 The Administration bill to strengthen prohibition enforcement was reported favorably by the senate committee after a day of deliberation. The committee voted unanimously to amend and send the measure to the full Senate for a potential vote. New York May 14 AP Magistrate Gordon dismissed charges against dancer Berylalley and producers Ramsay Wallace and Warry Levy in the Eden dance case. He ruled society is not corrupted by exhibitions it has grown accustomed to and called the act art rather than indecency. Evidence was presented and the magistrate witnessed the exhibition.
A Cleveland report notes a federal grand jury will investigate a "beer syndicate scandal" alleged to involve breweries. U S Attorney Remisteen says indictments may follow with about 30 subpoenas issued and over 100 more hearings planned. Federal agents Ny Clark and Thomas Stone lead the inquiry with several arrests reported.
Livingston May 14 reports the Yellowstone National Park buffalo herd growing at a record pace with 70 calves born since May begins and an expected peak of about 150 by June 1. The prior May record was 120 calves.

Tas reports Jones of Albertan Ment insists he is alive and disputes the Nek City burglar body identification. The burglar’s body, shot at Parkue April 27, was interred yesterday in Columbus at nearby Meshone’s request. the remains are identified as Frank Terry, a dairy worker.
Puchia Cale May 14 two Danna brothers Pete and Tony are dead in what police call a prenewal of warfare between Tra factions. The brothers were shot at Puchio's business by four gunmen who fired from an apple and sheut ted. A bystander was slightly wounded. Foster said the slivers have been located in a coal camp near Walsenburg and capture is imminent.
A woman registering at a Phoenix hotel, Mrs J Ja Fleharidson Richardson of Boulder Montana, was found dead with a bottle of poison and a note asking to notify her husband in Boulder. The note directed belongings to her sister Mrs E A Jones in Burke Idaho. She had formerly lived in Helena and had been Mrs Laura Kilne before court orders restored that name.
Butte May 14 The trial of Alma E Clark Hines Alma Clark McWilliams and Addie L Clark Miller of Missouri to contest precngnition as daughters of the late Senator William A Clark and claim a share of his estate was set for June 28 at 10 o clock by Judge J J Danh radar.
Reports from Berlin based Polish Telegraph Agency say Pilsudski has taken Helvedere palace and the government fled by air and auto to an unknown destination. Warsaw is cut off. railways may be halted within a 60 mile radius as chaos spreads.
The Post-Intelligencer reports indictments against Coast Guard commanders in a federal case linked to a liquor ring. Assistant Prohibition Administrator Whitney says the conspiracy involved stores and spans the coast from Tacoma to the international boundary, with Roy Olmsted named in two indictments.
Young Stribling overwhelmed Cleveland heavyweight Johnny Risko in a 10 round bout at Madison Square Garden before 15000 fans.
