Meat rationing begins anew amid scarce supplies with housewives allowed to buy frozen foods since Feb 18 along with butter and fats. New point values apply to canned goods with fruit juices and dried fruits shifting, and canned fish and meats returning to shelves. Unrestricted items include poultry, rabbit, game, soft cheeses, eggs, and milk.
