Livingston March 27 Tonspriat artists back a new Montana law to require barber exam and license for anyone earning a livelihood in barber work. An eightfoot cougar estimated at 14 years old was killed by Indian hunter Rusi near Newport March 87. He says the big cat fed on a black teller head before being shot.
