Governor and W Stewart issued a requisition on New York’s governor to extradite Ithamar Carter, charged in Tonecount county with failing to support his two young children. County Attorney J G Henderson sought the papers in Helena. Sheriff J S Allsup will travel to New York City to secure Carter’s return.
