A committee of railway executives, chaired by CL. Bardo of New York, was appointed to confer with railroad brotherhoods on wages and working conditions. The move, urged by President Wilson, aims to join a joint board under the transportation net to settle wage demands pending since last August. Six labor committees were named for the boards.
