Dr Paul Von Brinvahart accepted membership in the international committee of bankers on Mexico at the invitation of Thomas Jathont chairman of the Mexican debt commission of bankers. Mr Von Schwabach is a member of the banking house of St Heichronder.

Washington reports tidbits from Pennsylvania three million dollar primary campaign financing discussed by the senate campaign committee. William Bowson, former labor secretary, was offered a post on a railroad mediation board after his nomination as the Democratic senatorial candidate. Wilson declined to name the source of the offer and testified his personal expenditures totaled 88.81.

Washington June 25 An amendment to state rules barring from the Senate any member whose campaign costs exceed 25000 was introduced by Senator La Follette of Wisconsin progressive Republican on the senate rules committee now investigating the Pennsylvania primary The amendment was referred to the rules committee but La Follette announced he would seek action this session to advise all candidates on expenditure limits for seating purposes
