Moonshine Still Seized Along With Prune Mash Near Helena
Sheriff Huffaker and Denny Haines confiscated a copper and galvanized two part moonshine still and a large vat of prune mash from a shack on an abandoned dry land farm four miles from Helena. No owner found. no witnesses. The contraption resembles a Garble boiler with a copper cone and cold-water cooling system. The still appears well crafted, with a capacity over three quarters of a pint and a mask found in the shack.
