Attorney General Gragrad Fails to Press Relief in Stranahan Case

The case stems from a Will County assault trial of Jenkins in which a motion to expand the jury list was denied. Judge Hall presided, the jury was selected from the remaining list, and Jenkins was acquitted. General Gragrad reportedly fled the petition for supervisory control and went to Navre, while others in the AG office say no briefs were prepared.
