Baton Rouge Louisiana reports Dr James Movroo Smith former LSU president indicted by the East Baton Rouge grand jury on 23 counts of forgery and falsification of public records. The case also names Georgy Caldwell former supervisor and other university officials facing embezzlement and related charges. Smith, jailed, had previously been indicted on ten forgery counts involving LSU bonds and signatures.
